Fully Functional Strength & Conditioning Facility
At HPP, we have a fully functional weightlifting facility where Jesse (a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USAW Certified Sport Performance Coach) will build you a personalized work-out plan and take you through proper form, step by step. Whether you are a current athlete, former athlete, or have never competed athletically, we can design a program for you.
Ever feel like you physically cannot move the way you should be able to? Does the demanding schedule of year round softball have you feeling tight? These things can be helped with a personalized movement improvement plan (MIP) created specifically for you. These can be done remotely through the video analysis!
HPP offers group workouts - an excellent way to foster team unity while also improving individual performance! Though softball is our emphasis, these team workouts are open to ALL ATHLETES playing ALL SPORTS!
You can't win a game without scoring runs! HPP offers state-of-the-art hitting instruction, both private and group settings. Ever get bored of hitting off a tee? You're in luck - HPP believes in using front toss to keep things fun, fast-paced, and game specific.

Jesse Hutchins is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, and minored in coaching. While at USM, she started as both a pitcher and at first base for the Huskies, and was awarded the William B. Wise Scholar Athlete Award.
Originally from Sebago, Maine, Jesse helped her Lake Region High School Lakers softball team to their highest finish in conference standings, to-date. For summer ASA travel ball, Jesse played for the Junior Black Bears out of Frozen Ropes (now the Maine Thunder from The Edge Academy), coached by current Division 1 - University of Maine Associate Athletic Director, Lynn Coutts and her husband, current Head Coach Mike Coutts.
After earning her undergraduate degree, Jesse obtained the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, furthering her passion for athletic preparation and keeping athletes injury-free. She holds a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification through USA Weightlifting and a Level 1 Nutrition Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition.
